Zilla Alfalfa Meal, Great stuff! in my opinion

A week ago. I search for information on the Zilla Alfalfa Meal, so i would like to describe here.

I wanted to make my lawn look better, and I was going to hire a service since I don't know a thing about grass care. After reading a bit I discovered that chemical companies are in the business of lawn turn your lawn into a crack head for their products, which kill your soil and make your lawn dependent on chemicals to stay alive. so, I decided to go organic. "Cut up", I leave the grass at 3.5 inches or more and adding organic material to the lawn. I mixed up a batch of this alfalfa meal, a couple of buckets of compost my neighbor graciously gave me two pounds of greensand and two pounds of lime for my lawn of less-than-1000-foot square and threw it around with a trowel. then I forced my teenager to pull dandelions, and which was. not very scientific, and didn't expect much. However .... my lawn is now the envy of my block. Joking aside. I still have some weeds and some bare spots, but the grass is so green and thick and healthy, it seems I'd put sod. it cost about $ 35 and the aggravation of getting once my son to pull weeds. win! I could probably get the cheapest alfalfa, but the depth and breadth of my laziness is still unplumbedI could not resist getting it delivered. If you want a beautiful lawn but don't want to pay a lot of money for someone to pour chemicals and Poisons around your House, google "organic lawn care". you don't have to use alfalfa, but seems to have worked well for me.
